Home Information Packs have been introduced by the government to help speed up the house-buying/selling process. However for most homeowners they appear to be a confusing additional worry, on top of what is always a very stressful process, ie moving home.

 Charlotte George offer a simple, inexpensive solution to the Home Information Pack (or HIP as it has become widely known). Our packs comply with all of the HIP regulations and will be accepted by all Estate Agents and solicitors nationwide.

Our goal is to supply your pack as quickly as possible and with a minimum of fuss, so that you can concentrate on what you really care about: selling your house and finding your new home.

Once you give us your instructions, we will immediately notify your Estate Agent that the pack has been ordered. They can begin marketing your property the same day, so there are no hold-ups or delays in getting your house on sale.

We will agree a convenient time with you for the Energy Assessment. This involves a 60-90 minute survey of your home by an accredited Energy assessor. The assessor will need to gain access to your heating and hot-water systems, and also to your attic/roof-space.

We offer several payment options to suit people’s needs including deferred payment options. All major debit and credit cards are accepted. (There is a charge of £5 for credit cards).

Once compiled, we will send electronic copies of the pack both to you and your Estate Agent, and also to your solicitor if required. If you require hard copies, simply let us know.
